TENSEI is a small, artisanal company, proudly rooted in Quebec, Canada. With a single dedicated person behind everything, passion and creativity are poured into every oversized t-shirt created. TENSEI's mission is simple yet profound: to be as eco-friendly as possible while offering you stylish and comfortable clothing.
TENSEI creates clothing for athletes and active people who move with determination, whether at the gym, outdoors and/or in everyday life.
Each oversized t-shirt is designed from start to finish in Quebec, carefully tested and perfected here. No mass production, no compromises, just thoughtful design, high-performance comfort, and a constant commitment to reducing our impact on the planet.
For us, sustainable development is not a trend. It's a responsibility. From the choice of materials to production methods, every decision is made to find the right balance between quality, durability and respect for the environment.
In order to offer transparency, here is the creation process that brings TENSEI to life:
It all starts with a custom textile order
We have our textiles developed specifically for our needs. This process, which takes approximately two months, allows us to control the quality, texture, and durability of the fabric from the very beginning.
Pattern & Sampling
We then develop our patterns and create several samples over 2 to 4 weeks. This step is essential to adjust the cut, comfort and proportions, until we achieve a flawless fit.
Precise Fabric Cutting
Once the fabric is ready, each piece is carefully cut over a period of approximately 2 weeks, to ensure perfect consistency from one sweater to another.
Production
The entire production process takes approximately two months. Each sweater is carefully assembled, adhering to our strict quality standards.
Final Printing
Finally, the printing process takes approximately three weeks to ensure a precise, durable result that stays true to our vision.
The result: a sweater designed without shortcuts, made to last and stand out, both for its quality and its design.
